Mugithi Singer Jose Gatutura Breaks Silence After Arriving in USA Ahead of Major Musical Tour

Popular Jose Gatutura has arrived in the United States ahead of a nearly month-long musical tour that will see him perform in several states across the country. 

Sharing an update on his Instagram page on Friday, March 13, 2026, Jose said he had a safe flight and thanked God for a smooth landing.

In the post, Jose shared a photo with fellow Kareh B, who will accompany him on the tour. 

Both singers looked joyful, and Jose expressed gratitude to his fans for their continued support over the years. 

“Thank you, God, for safe skies… We have finally landed in the USA,” he wrote.

The tour is set to begin in Spokane, Washington on March 14. From there, the duo will perform in Portland, Oregon on March 20 and Seattle, Washington on March 28.

Each performance is expected to attract large audiences of Kenyan music lovers and fans of the mugithi genre.

Following the Pacific Northwest leg, Jose and Kareh B will travel to Los Angeles, California on April 4, Kansas City, Missouri on April 17, and Phoenix, Arizona on April 25.

The tour will then move to the East Coast, starting with Boston, Massachusetts on April 18 and concluding in Oakland, California on April 24.

Jose’s announcement has generated excitement among his fans both in the United States and Kenya.
