Insider Reveals Silent Figure Who Was Seen as Raila's Ideal Successor Amid Escalating ODM Turmoil

An insider who spoke on condition of anonymity has agreed to the fact that there has been escalating turmoil within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.

Concerning the succession of Late Hon Raila Odinga and that friction has been existing between the now party leader Oburu Oginga and relatives of the late Prime Minister.

According to the insider, the friction has long been existing even before the untimely death of Hon Raila Odinga.

But he managed to keep everything in check when he (Raila) was still active in politics until he breathed last.

As per the publication, the recent installation of Siaya county senator Hon Oburu Oginga as the ODM party leader went on to expose the simmering cracks that had long been existing.

And that was even confirmed to the public by Raila's daughter Winnie Odinga, who questioned the ability of her uncle Dr.Oburu to spearhead the party.

In regards to the matter, close relatives within Raila Odinga's family are now reading from different pages .

Some strongly believe that Dr. Oburu is not the preferred choice to lead the ODM party in the political arena.

According to the insider, Kisumu county boss His Excellency Governor Anyang' Nyong'o was seen to be Raila Odinga's ideal successor .

But how his name was overlooked when the party chose Dr. Oburu to be at the helm still remains a mystery.
